How many people does one mix feed?

Each mix feeds 4 to 5 people. Some dishes are thick and hearty with only 5 to 6 cups of water added, others are soups with 8 to 10 cups of added water. According to industry standards, servings are listed as 1 cup, but who honestly eats just one cup of soup? ;-) Count on feeding at least 4 people. All of the dishes freeze and reheat well, so you can use them for meal prep too.
